What the result means
Each complete applicable domain receives 0 to 10 risk points from six documented dependency conditions. The index gives every applicable domain equal weight and scales their average to 0 through 100. Critical interruptions remain separate flags.
BOUNDARY STATES
- An unknown answer is not scored as no. Any incomplete applicable domain withholds the official index.
- A domain marked not applicable needs an explicit reason and is excluded from the denominator.
- Critical interruptions are shown separately and cannot be hidden by a low aggregate index.
This is a transparent operator model, not a benchmark, forecast, accounting opinion, valuation, or instruction to open, close, promote, borrow, or sign a lease. The result changes when the inputs change.
